Solar Panel System Installation - Downpayment Only

1. Site Assessment & Planning

• Conduct site inspection and shading analysis
• Assess roof structure or ground mounting suitability
• Evaluate electrical infrastructure and energy consumption
• Prepare system design and layout

2. Design & Engineering

• Create detailed solar PV system layout and wiring diagram
• Select appropriate solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures
• Prepare electrical and structural engineering documents
• Comply with local and national electrical codes

3. Permits & Documentation

• Assist in acquiring local government permits
• Prepare and submit applications to utility companies for grid tie
• Handle net metering and compliance documentation

4. Procurement & Logistics

• Source and deliver solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and accessories
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to site

5. Installation

• Install mounting systems on roof or ground
• Mount and wire solar panels
• Install inverter(s), combiner boxes, and safety disconnects
• Perform AC/DC cabling and grounding
• Weatherproof all penetrations and junctions

6. System Integration & Testing

• Connect system to main distribution board or off-grid setup
• Configure inverter and monitoring system
• Perform insulation, polarity, and continuity tests
• Conduct system performance tests and commissioning

7. Monitoring & Handover

• Install monitoring system (if applicable)
• Provide client training and walkthrough
• Turn over warranty documents and as-built plans
• Submit completion and compliance certificates

8. Maintenance (Optional or as Contracted)

• Scheduled inspections and cleaning
• Performance diagnostics
• Warranty support and troubleshooting
